For the past 15 Years I have worked in homes all over the Louisville region. Servicing homes and home owners in almost every neighborhood and county surrounding Louisville. In 2017 I founded Authentic Carpentry, a Kitchen design and remodeling company that grew one satisfied customer at a time into the business that it is today. With that background in service and helping people get what they really wanted - I knew there had to be a better way to buy and sell Real Estate.
Once we settled into our new home I started studying Real Estate from every different angle I could find.
First I began to study Real Estate as an investor. I read every book I could find, followed every guru, and did my best to understand all of the numbers that are involved in Real Estate. What makes a house worth what someone says it’s worth? How can you evaluate and understand what makes a good deal a good deal?
Once I started to understand the math involved in Real Estate I decided I really wanted to understand the transaction itself, so I began to study for my license. I finished my study and passed the test in December of 2019.
My favorite part of learning was realizing all of the ways I could use this new knowledge to really help people make really great decisions.
But then I ran into a wall.
I am a terrible salesman. I hate cold calling, door-knocking, turning every conversation into a sales pitch… and from what I could tell, this flaw was going to be hugely problematic if I was going to become a Realtor.
But then I found a system that completely changed all of that.
